Mooresville Cemetery - Mooresville, AL
Website owner's Correction to source's information: Mooresville, AL is not near Athens. It is located just west of Huntsville, AL off of I-565 (exit 1). Cemetery is in sad shape. Very little care. Town is listed as a historical town, however the cemetery is on a dirt path off of the back side of the town with gated access only - used quite often as a bike or hiking path. It appears as if it is not maintained with the historical village.
Location
A 1915 TVA Survey Map showed this cemetery contained about 2500 graves. This is an extremely large cemetery with graves scattered over the entire area.

Attempted contact via email address listed. Homepage lists severe illness and lists that mother passed away. Sites were made in 1998/99 and the info there may soon be lost. There is no other contact info. I plan on saving as much of her info as possible to preserve it. If you are a family member of the above listed source and wish me to remove the information, please contact site owner.
Note from Site owner: I've corrected some of the information below as well as added inscriptions that were left off by original surveyor. Of 2500 graves these were the only ones that she noted. A better survey is desperately needed before they are all gone.
